The Future of Construction Is Here
Construction 360 Expo – co-organised by Saifee Burhani Events (the exhibition and events arm of the Dawoodi Bohra Department of Economic Affairs (DBohra)) and Media Fusion Group (leading international and regional trade show organizer) – is a premier platform where business, innovation, and industry relationships converge.
Its inaugural edition, Saifee Burhani Expo – Construction 360, held in December 2025, brought together 113 exhibitors and attracted over 4,800 professionals and 52 speakers across three days, including developers, construction and infrastructure companies, architects, interior designers, furniture and product designers. The event delivered focused business engagement and meaningful industry connections and featured a Sustainability Pavilion, Green Innovation Zone, Dubai Pavilion and a dedicated conference.

2025 at a Glance
Showcasing construction materials, building solutions, architectural products, interior design, and emerging technologies, the expo proved to be far more than a marketplace. Returning in April 2027, the second edition expands its vision by welcoming a broader mix of exhibitors and visitors from across the construction industry. While remaining rooted in the community’s entrepreneurial spirit, the expo creates an open, inclusive platform that encourages collaboration, strengthens inter-community business relationships, and brings together the best ideas and solutions shaping the built environment.

A significant factor here is India’s policy towards achieving net-zero emissions
India aims to reduce the emissions intensity of its economy by 45% by 2030, and achieve net-zero emissions by 2070, which requires a radical transformation in its buildings and construction sector.
Currently, buildings account for more than 40% of India’s total energy consumption, with energy use increasing at an annual rate of 8%.
However, with 70% of India’s buildings yet to be constructed by 2030, this offers a significant opportunity for green building adoption.
